Thank goodness it's Friday! What a crazy week it was. Sofia turned 9 months on Monday and I haven't had a chance to put together even a small post. It's so great I get to work from home otherwise I don't know how I would stay late at the office. She is such a big girl now! I can't believe it. To me it seems like she was just born and yet almost a year had past! Anyway... She got 3 more teeth at the top. One more is coming up. She is crawling all over. We already started baby proofing, put bumpers on some corners. She loves walking (assisted). If she can lean against something she can stand by herself. She can now eat finger foods, i love it! She can waive hello and knows where mama and daddy is. And also where is the ceiling light, so random i know! Hew favourite "words" right now are "eeeennn" and "mmmm.. dya". The latter one is particularly funny because in Russian it sounds like "hmm..yeah!" Have a great weekend everyone! O...

Sofia is eight months old today! Eight months seemed so big to me before, I can't believe how fast it goes. She started crawling this month. Although she loves standing much more and loves assisted walking. She also figured out how to bend her knees and pick up toys from the floor. She hates bath time. She gets so panicky I have to wash her really quick or get in into the tub with her. She is still not crazy about solid food. More or less she likes apples, pears and broccoli. Her favourite toys are still the labels, it's so funny. She also loves this blanket wish the sheep head she got for christmas, every time she sees it she gets so excited. My mom had to hold it for her so I could take this picture.

Sofia turned 7 months old yesterday! It goes so fast, I can't believe it. She learned so much this month. She can sit unsupported. She loves standing. Yesterday she pulled herself up to stand in her crib for the first time. I almost cried! Our baby is growing up! She talks a lot. Her favourite right now is dadada and nanana. She even said mama once. It's not intentional yet but still :)

This Sunday Sofia turned six months! Some new developments: She cut two teeth at the bottom! I couldn't believe it at first when I saw two little white spots on her gum :) She is becoming very wiggly, always wants to move. She can't sit unassisted just yet but she's really trying to crawl. She loves all kinds of labels and tags, that's her favourite toy. She loves being in new environments and around people. She also had her first solid food, a little piece of apple. I used a mesh feeder and she ate almost the entire slice. Looks like she really liked it!

Our little Sofie is five months old. She is learning new things every day. She can now roll over from her back to tummy. When I sit her in her boppy pillow she is almost sitting up. Lately she is always sucking on her bottom lip and makes this funny face, it's hilarious, I guess she might start teething soon. She laughed few times already but it's not consistent. Still having hard time putting her to bed, so for now we are cosleeping. This Monday I went back to work. Fortunately I am able to work from home so I can continue nursing. My mother in law is visiting and helping out with Sofia but I really need to learn to schedule my time better because right now it seems like I have no time for anything at all.

Our girl is 3 month old today. New developments this month: - She can reach and grab a toy, then puts it into her mouth right away. - I can see little tears now when she cries, so heartbreaking, like just crying is not enough. - She started sleeping so much lately. She would sleep like 7 -8 hours through the night. I was a little worried first but apparently that's normal. I coulnd't get her to smile for this photoshoot but she's been smiling a lot! Can't wait to hear her giggle!

Our baby girl is 2 months old. She is now making new sounds - "neee" and "lyoo" are her favourite. She sleeps 5 hours at night and when i come to get her after her nap she is giving me this big smile.

I think she learned how to smile this week :)
