A day at the farm
On Thanksgiving weekend we took Sofia to her first pumpkin patch. She loved the whole thing! From petting the farm animals to tractor rides she was fascinated by it all and didn't wan't to leave. Picking the apples was her favourite part, we must take her there again!
Beautiful pictures. Where was it? Upstate New York?
ReplyDeleteJust wondering. Thanks.
Thank you! This is near Toronto, southern Ontario.
DeleteBeautiful! I hope you enjoyed your time. Petting farm animals was always my favorite thing to do as a child :) Those goats are adorable!

DeleteLovely pictures!
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping to go to a pumpkin patch this weekend. I usually end up at Downeys but lately have found that they're starting to become a little ridiculous. They make you pay just to get past the gates!
Would you recommend Chudleighs?
Hi Jacquelyn, I am not the best person to recommend because I haven't been to other farms and don't have anything to compare to. It was crowded when we went, but maybe it was because of thanksgiving. The entry was $11, I guess that was the cost to cover the petting zoo, but animals were well kept and clean which is good. Apples were $2 per pound, a bit pricy but delicious. We should check out Downeys, thanks for the info!
DeleteWhat a wonderful day! Love your daughters little red nose! You captured the details beautifully, Elana.
