Although it's unbearably hot here right now in Toronto fall is just around the corner! I am really looking forward to it, I love fall, and I think it's most beautiful time of year in Canada. But for now I am enjoying these last few days of sumer! + Lana of Lanalou Style asked me to share my wish-list for "Blogger Wishlist" series that she puts together every week on her lovely blog. Ambos Mundos is a beautiful hotel in central Havana. It’s famous for the fact that Ernest Hemingway lived here for a few years in room 511. The lobby and hallways look amazing. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop restaurant where you can get a mojito and enjoy the city views.

When we got to Havana is started to rain non-stop. How unfortunate. I still took lots of photos, maybe not the kind I was hoping for but anyway. I divided them by colour to make it more interesting for you. Old Havana is beautiful. Parts of it in pretty bad shape but still you can see that it was gorgeous. I loved all the architecture, tilework and inner courtyards that every building seemed to have. You can see Spanish and Moorish influence there.

Just returned from Cuba this weekend. All mornings and evenings we spent on the beach. Warm sun, feet in sand, gentle sea breeze... It was lovely! Many more pictures to come.

I was gonna post these a while ago but never had a chance to. I love photography but my day job is actually in graphic design. This is an RFP that we did for a client this past winter and I really enjoyed working on it. It's just a concept magazine but I really had a lot of fun styling and taking the cover shots and laying it out. The interior photos I picked from Getty Images. I wish I could do things like this more often.

This weekend we cleaned our messy apartment, I am in uncluttering mode right now, getting rid of stuff. Feels so good. Also made an apricot tart and painted my toes orange. It's been reeeeaaalllyyy hot here. I remember when I first came to Toronto I was so surprised how heat felt deferent here than in my home country. It's all due to super-high humidity here. Unbelievably hot! I picked up this floral print dress with pockets on my way from work last night, it's good for weather like this, me likey! . . . things i like today: + amazing sewing illustrations and delicious treats + white with rattan combination in decor of this summer house + floral palette inspiration

This long weekend we spent at Chutes Park, six-hour drive from Toronto. We went there last year so I didn't take that many photos. It was nice to get away for a few days.
